We had superior double room, and it was large with comfortable beds.

We had queen room with bathroom and the balcony plus comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from St Paul's Church. There were a bakery and shops around the hotel.

the hotel is wonderful and neat, has lovely views over the park. the rooms are reasonably large and luxurious with extremely comfy beds. it has perfect location and free parking if needed. there is nearby frisco popcorn factory to grab some food for the dinner.

The employees where amicable and accommodating. The location in a very quiet area was exceptionally nice and there were a bakery and shops nearby.

The room was super spacious and clean with jaw-dropping views of the nearby public gardens. The hosts, despite their limited English, were extremely welcoming and even offered me breakfast when I arrived late in pouring rain. The location was mind-blowingly convenient for those catching early morning flights from Auckland Airport. The local Italian restaurant recommended by the hostess was absolutely fantastic. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms, along with the free parking and laundry services, added a cherry on top of an already amazing stay. Plus, it was great to know that there were non-smoking rooms and no pets allowed.

Think that this very peaceful and excellant modern hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Accommodating stuff, beautiful views over the park, everything is perfect. The rooms are luxurious and the location is comfortable. Private bathroom is nice size. 21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The hosts were helpful, despite limited English. Adjacent to a beautiful park and within walking distance of Botanical Gardens. Conveniently a 15-minute drive from the airport, away from city traffic. Quiet neighborhood with a good Italian restaurant nearby.

thoroughly enjoyed the luxurious queen room with bathroom and the way it was setup. the location was marvellous and incredible and right next to a park and a botanical garden. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved manukau district.

The rooms were spotless and warm, with a comfy bed. I had bread and bakery for breakfast. Handy location of the hotel close to airport.

The room at the bed and breakfast was spacious and clean, with good Wi-Fi connection and a convenient location. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, even though they spoke limited English. We appreciated the attentive service, including a jug of water in the room and clear internet instructions. the wardrobe was a good size, providing ample storage space.

We felt totally at home during our stay and had no complaints.

Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the gardens or explore the nearby Manukau Train station. there is a fantastic Italian restaurant just a short walk away, offering delicious dining options. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hosts are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of throughout their stay.

There were some language barriers with the hosts, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
